The town of Pregrada launched a project for the construction of the first biological pool in Croatia. It is an eco-pool that partially 'copies' the appearance of the lake, and in one part has a dry filter and a reclaimed area with regenerative plants and vegetation, so that without adding any chemicals there is always crystal clear water.
The pool in Pregrada will be 1500 square meters, and will have a sandy beach that will descend to the swimming pool in a gentle slope, a large depth dive area of 1.35m and a depth sweeper area of 2.5m which will also be able to set up three swimming trails. In addition, there will be wooden placards and sunbeds, a children's playground, a beach volleyball court and two facilities: one for catering services, the other for wardrobes, a reception, a sanitary facility and a first aid room.
