Activities

The project consists of 4 activities:

Activity 1:  I want to understand the problem

Activity 2:  I'm Looking at what's happening in my environment

Activity 3:  I act as an eco-citizen

Activity 4:  Learn, Encourage, Educate

ACTIVITY 1: I want to understand the problem

Creating an eco-citizen through an understanding of the economic, ecological and social aspects of sustainable development. Giving importance to learning through various subjects and the implementation and use of knowledge acquired on these subjects (economic subjects, physics, mathematics, physical, ...) as a link to sustainable development.

ACTIVITY 2: I'm Looking at what's happening in my environment

Through this activity students will understand three components of sustainable development: ecological, social and economic, and how they are linked to the context of the local community. They will explore the research at local level and create a documentary about how sustainable development is manifested in the local community. The aim of the documentary film will be to introduce foreign partners with sustainable development at the local level and to inspire society to bring sustainable development into their own way of life.

ACTIVITY 3: I act as an eco-citizen

After awareness, promotion of the development of eco-oriented behavior in families and schools is on the agenda. The project is focused on innovation and research through the concrete activities of our students. Our desire is to promote co-operation between students and other publics so that the students interact, collaborate and assist each other in the spirit of solidarity and not of competitiveness. Pupils will be able to independently decide on sustainable development ideas. Students who will participate in this activity will create reports, creative maps, interviews, etc. and will include their own families, friends and the local community. They will also spend at least one day to implement sustainable development activities.

ACTIVITY 4: Learn, Encourage, Educate

Communication between involved parties is an important step in project implementation. This communication enables the collaboration of students, families and the local public that will be affected by the project. The project invites students to become project ambassadors in their families, schools, the local community and with foreign partners during mobility. Students who will participate in this activity will create a blog, project website, edit project pages on social networks, write news articles for school newspapers, participate in radio shows, organize debates on sustainable development, etc.
